Terms And Conditions - Children's Wall Mural Kits

Full payment is required on the dispatch date of your purchase/s for all products. Products will arrive within 4 weeks of payment. We offer lay-by with an initial deposit of 25%. Products will be forwarded the next day after the balance is paid.  Please make sure you write in space for "special instructions" that you wish to lay-by.

Returns Information

Please contact Murals 4 Kids Pty Ltd immediately on receiving any item that you deem to be considered faulty. Murals 4 Kids Pty Ltd will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to the customer if we considered the item faulty and has not been tampered with by the consumer. In the event that a customer changes their decision to purchase a "Mural 4 Kids" product, a credit note for a product exchange will be given after items has been returned in a satisfactory state. No credit will be given on delivery costs. If you have any complaint in relation to our product please contact us.  No refund can be given for custom orders (please ensure that you are happy with the proof we send prior to ordering)

While prices and products specifications are correct whilst being displayed on the web site, Murals 4 Kids Pty Ltd reserves the right the change the pricing of products, or product specification at any time, without notice.

All murals are sold under the condition that Murals 4 Kids Pty Ltd accepts no responsibility or liability as the use of our product is beyond our control.  Ensure that you have read all instructions prior to installing to ensure that items have been installed correctly. Never install items above beds or cots.
